With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, Kristyn Spears serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hometown Manor.

As CEO, Kristyn is committed to preserving the hometown values that define Hometown Manor while guiding the organization toward continued growth and innovation. She believes every resident deserves dignity, respect, and personalized care, and every team member deserves the opportunity to grow, succeed, and feel proud of the work they do each day.

Outside of the office, Kristyn’s greatest joy is her family. She is a devoted wife, proud mom, loving Mimi, and grateful sister & friend who treasures every opportunity to spend time with those she loves.
